The way to move in Venice

Differently from other cities where we are used to move by bus or by subway, in Venice the only way to move through the islands that form the city and the lagoon is by boat. The name that the venitian gives to the boats of the public trasport service is "Vaporetto" and the company name is ACTV. There are many lines that connect all the islands and the service is available 24/7.

For the ones that don't want to move by public transport service there are the water taxi.

Where we are and how to reach us

The hotel is situated only a few minutes by boat (Download here the Schedule) from the historical center and it can be reached easily by all kind of transportations. The nearest boat stop is called “Lido” where nearly all boatlines arrive .
